Do you have a physical storefront to visit?

No, we do not have a traditional storefront. We’ve embraced the digital realm to bring our products directly to you. Our online shopping platform provides a convenient and accessible way to explore and purchase our products from the comfort of your own space. Additionally, we love connecting with our community face-to-face and participate in various conventions throughout the year. These events allow us to showcase our products, engage with customers, and create memorable experiences beyond the confines of a brick-and-mortar store. Are these real LEGO parts?

We use genuine LEGO products to make our figures. At times, our minifigs may also include custom injection-molded elements and accessories to fit seamlessly with factory-made figures.

 

Do you do custom orders? Can you make a figures of me and my loved ones?

Sorry, no. We don’t offer custom printing at this time.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We proudly offer nationwide and worldwide shipping services via DHL.

Shipping/Returns/Refunds

I’ve just placed an order. When will it ship?

We try our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship the next business day, but might take a little while longer, depending on the volume of orders we’re processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with shipping confirmation details.

 

How do I track my package?

Your shipping confirmation email will contain tracking info. It may take up to 24 hours for these numbers to be initially updated within each respective carrier’s tracking system. To track standard shipment in the USA and international orders, please visit USPS.com with your tracking number.

 

How soon will my order be delivered?

The United States Postal Service offers two regular mail delivery services, First Class and Priority Mail. First Class mail is typically delivered within two to eight business days for domestic orders, depending on the location. Priority Mail is typically delivered within two to five business days. This excludes international orders which take considerably longer and are harder to track when shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

 

Missing Item

If there was an error in your order, please send us an email at citizen@citizenbrick.com, and we’ll correct the error right away.

 

Returns

As our products are customized and made in small batches, we do not accept returns. All sales are final except in the case of defects. If your item is defective, we will gladly replace it. In the case that replacement isn't possible, we will issue a full refund for the defective item.

To return your product, first email us at citizen@citizenbrick.com. Once your return is approved, mail defective item to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
