What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal to citizen@citizenbrick.com as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.

 

How soon will my order be delivered?

The United States Postal Service offers two regular mail delivery services, First Class and Priority Mail. First Class mail is typically delivered within two to eight business days for domestic orders, depending on the location. Priority Mail is typically delivered within two to five business days. This excludes international orders which take considerably longer and are harder to track when shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

 

How do I track my package?

We send tracking numbers via email to every customer as soon as a package ships. It may take up to 24 hours for these numbers to be initially updated within each respective carrier’s tracking system. To track standard shipment in the USA and international orders, please visit USPS.com with your tracking number.

How much does it cost to ship internationally?

Shipping costs are based on size, weight, and final destination of the package. There are five shipping methods available for international orders which are USPS First Class International Mail, USPS Priority International Mail, UPS, and DHL. To configure these costs please fill your cart and go through the motions of checking-out to find out how much each option will cost. For all international orders, we strongly suggest shipping via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or DHL, due to more accurate tracking information and insurance up to $200 USD.

Please note, depending on which country your order is shipping to there may be customs fees and duties associated with the successful delivery of your items.

Citizen Brick is not responsible for any duty, customs fees, and local taxes for international shipments.

 

What customs fees can I expect if shipping internationally?

Customs fees and duties are determined by the country in which your package is shipping to. Please contact your local USPS post office to see what additional payments may be necessary to successfully retrieve your order. Please note; The Royal Mail will mark packages as delivered, when they are in fact waiting for the recipient to retrieve them from their local USPS/customs facility. There are also several websites which can give you estimations of customs fees associated with your shipment.

Why does the Center of Performing Arts take 3 weeks to ship?

This product is collated and boxed all by hand. We also put extra care into packing it well to ensure that it reaches its destination in mint condition.

 

What if my kit or Enthusiast is missing a part or piece?

Please contact us right away at customerservice@citizenbrick.com with your invoice number and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

How do I join the Stud Club to start redeeming studs and free stuff?

Please go to the homepage of our website to find a red button in the upper right corner entitled, “Stud Club.” This will prompt you to create your own account so you can quickly and easily get all the club rewards as an elite VIP Citizen Brick member.

 How do I receive a refund?

Please email customerservice@citizenbrick.com with your invoice number and reasoning for refund and we will be happy to accommodate you in any way possible. We also hope that we can still be friends after your issue is resolved.

 

What is your return policy?

Please email customerservice@citizenbrick.com prior to attempting a return. Once a representative has spoken with you regarding the return you can mail the undesired products back to our facility at:

We cannot issue returns for products that have been played with too hard and show signs of wear and tear or products that are not for sale in our current catalog.

Are your products made from LEGO or other brands?

Citizen Brick uses only genuine LEGO fresh from the LEGO factory. Weaponry comes from BrickArms.

 

Where do you get your weapons and helmets?

All of the weapons, helmets, and hats are made by BrickArms.
